Shipments
Packaging - Items that are dispatched to our customers will be suitably packed to prevent damage during transport and protected in subsequent storage. Materials that are acceptable include original manufacturers material, such as tubes, reels, trays and polythene film with anti-static or shielding properties for static sensitive devices.

Shipping - Unless previously agreed, ship to us using our preferred courier, UPS&FEDEX. We have an international tracking system service installed which enables us to track consignments around the world.

If it is necessary to use another courier, this should be first agreed upon with us, and you should provide the details of the courier to be used and date to be sent.

Freight Terms - F.O.B. shipping point. The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the buyer when the goods pass the ship's rail.

Parcel Tracking Forms - UPS, FEDEX, TNT, DHL and so on.
